Rationale for new note

Was doing UWorld and was wondering if this note would be helpful since there is not really one about eosinophilic meningitis. It is ID 107248.

Text
{{c1::Eosinophilic meningitis}} presents with severe headache, nausea, and an elevated eosinophil count in the cerebrospinal fluid. This is a condition most often caused by a(n) {{c2::Angiostrongylus cantonesis}} infection.
Extra
Angiostrongylus cantonesis is a helminth that is acquired by eating contaminated mollusks or snails while in Southeast Asia or the Pacific Islands.

Eosinophilic meningitis may be caused by other helminths (Gnathostoma, Baylisascaris) or, less commonly, by fungi (coccidiodomycosis, leukoproliferative disorders (Hodgkin lymphoma), or an adverse drug reaction.
