Rationale for new note

Although it feels low yield, the AAMC decided to include this in their newest section bank (Section Bank V2 - Chemical and Physical Foundations of Biological Systems). Although more predictable than the suggestions about the pi and y turn I suggested below it is helpful to explicitly state. Especially given how easy the information involved is to memorize and that the AAMC decided to test it in its most recent resource

Text
An α-turn has a hydrogen bond between the {{c1::i}} and {{c1::i + 4}} end residues of the turn.
Text
An <b>α-turn</b> has a <u>hydrogen bond</u> between the {{c1::i}} and {{c1::i + 4}} end residues of the turn.&nbsp;<br>
