Rationale for change
If the answer is PDA, then I would think it makes more sense to just put PDA instead of being more roundabout about it and saying the artery that the PDA most likely branches off of. Not sure how accurate this is, but for an inferior MI I feel like PDA is the more likely accurate choice.
