Rationale for change

I've added change according to the updated educational objective of this uworld question which states that citrate chelation of calcium, and they include magnesium as well, occurs in patients recievin more than one unit of blood or pRBCs over a 24 hour period. A potential question might popup stating paresthesias caused by blood transfusion and the stem may ask what electrolytes might be chelated or defficient, and exclude calcium deliberately. They might include magnesium in the answer choices and if you never saw it, you might think it's unfair, but it's in the educational objective so I'm assuming it's fair game.
