Rationale for change

"Interferon-γ increases MHC Expression & antigen presentation by all cells" → FA23 page 106

Although amboss states that Type 1 IFN increase expression of MHC 1 & type 2 IFN increase expression of MHC 2.

FA only mentions type 2 IFN i.e. IFN-γ & since the card does not mention which MHC, Type 2 seems the better choice
