Rationale for change
I'm unable to find any mention that a-adrenergic antagonists causes a shift of K+ into cells in B&B or sketchy (not sure about other resources).
A quick search suggests that a-adrenergic agonists stimulate Na+/K+ ATPase activity to drive K+ into cells, which would be the opposite effect:
