Rationale for new note

This is meant to contrast with nid:1560051614159.

As it stands, nid:1560051614159 states:

{{c1::Ketolysis}} regenerates {{c3::acetyl-CoA}} for use as an energy source in {{c2::peripheral tissues}}.

I propose changing it to {{c1::Ketolysis}} regenerates {{c3::acetyl-CoA}} for use as an energy source in {{c2::peripheral tissues}} via breakdown of {{c4::ketone bodies}}.

As the card stands, it is ambiguous as the description could apply to either beta-oxidation or ketolysis (both of which can occur in peripheral tissues and both of which generate acetyl-CoA).

Text
"{{c1::Beta-oxidation}} regenerates {{c3::acetyl-CoA}} for use as an energy source in {{c2::peripheral tissues}} by breaking down {{c4::fatty acids}}."
