Rationale for change

Per UWorld Question 4199 and others there have been some updates to their developmental milestones table that differs from the one in the Anking cards. E.G. they say that a child should be able tot ransfer objects from hand to hand by 9 months instead of 6 months? There is conflict with AMBoss here as well so I'd appreciate some input
