Rationale for change

Changed cloze deletions so that you recall info in this order

See disease (chronic gout) -> Remember mnemonic (Prevent A Painful Flare) -> Recall information (Probenecid, Allopurinol, Pegloticase)

It is not useful to recall it in the following order, which is how it is presented on the card currently:

See mnemonic -> remember disease -> recall information

In the real world you see the disease first and then remember the mnemonic, not the other way around.

Rejection reason

we have figured out how were gonna do this after extensive discussion with the maintainers, we just pushed the first multiple myeloma mnemonic card (you can check it out!), we will do this for the rest, this caters to everyone's needs. This will take some time to do, we also made sure the NID's are really close together so they can be opened together along with all the same tags and info. I will try to do a few a day. Apologize if it takes a while as there are many mnemonic cards in the deck. Thank you for bringing this up! (I'm only rejecting because we will do these manually as they have to have their NID's manually altered when adding)
