I'm walking down the street and I tell everyone I see that they <b>don't have</b> cancer. My "screening test" has a 100% {{c1::Specificity::Sensitivity/Specificity}}

Because I am telling everyone that they don't have cancer, if they actually don't have cancer my "screening test" will be right 100% of the time (No false positives)
