Rationale for change

I propose combining Note IDs 1471899202241, 1471899192663, 1471899180531, 1471899174061, 1471899158974, 1471899154660, 1471899149384 together into a single one-by-one. In a clinical scenario, we are expected to recall all of the medication management of ACS together. I understand that this is mixing several tags into one single card, which makes this card no longer specific to those tags, but I think the practical benefit outweighs the cost.
