Rationale for change

The card is a little underspecified. Granulosa cells produce BOTH estrogen and inhibin, and both can reduce FSH secretion.

Inhibin SELECTIVELY inhibits FSH at the anterior pituitary. That’s the intended answer.

Estrogen's effects are broader (cycle-dependent feedback on the hypothalamus and pituitary). Usually negative feedback, but sustained high estradiol before ovulation produces positive feedback and the LH surge.

Adding “selectively” before “inhibits FSH” would make this card much clearer.
