Rationale for change

The use of the slash could be mistaken for asking about the ratio of testosterone to estrogen as opposed to asking about how both testosterone and estrogen are changing.

The use of the slash contrasted with the use of the & in the same card is what creates this confusion, so I've updated for consistency.
