Rationale for change
I'm not a fan of this card as technically based on other notes, IV linezolid and tigecyline can be used to treat MRSA as well. Maybe adding a hint or removing cloze 3 would be better?

these are not first line treatments for mrsa and i think it could do more harm to add them in here, their individual sketches have them as possible mrsa coverage but i will wait until a better suggestion is made here to consider changing
