Rationale for change

The original wording is a little ambiguous because it sounds like something “appears” after 5-7 days without specifying what...

Some other wordings I thought of:

- If paralytic ileus persists for more than 5–7 days, suspect {{c1::mechanical bowel obstruction}}

- Persistent ileus (> 5-7 days) warrants evaluation for {{c1::mechanical bowel obstruction}}

The second one is more concise but doesn't read as smoothly...

Any thoughts? :)
