The use of Global Payment in this table contradicts one of the existing cards.
UWorld and FA 2026 state that global payment is associated with a single incident of care, which can be confused with bundled payment. What FA and UWorld are actually referring to is the Global Surgical Package, not the healthcare payment model known as Global Payment.
This table is aligned with AMBOSS, which I believe is more consistent with the broader healthcare payment-model literature.
Accepting this table as written will contradict the text and add to the confusion since there are already open suggestions regarding this note (nid:1489981020965).
