Rationale for change
1. Not all DCIS is treated with hormonal therapy; only those that are HR+.
See: https://next.amboss.com/us/article/_k05qT under the Treatment > Overview > DCIS section:
"Adjuvant endocrine therapy for HR+ breast cancer"
2. Hinting that the management is x3 gives it away. Yes, one might think of other treatment methods (e.g. chemo, mastectomy, etc.) when studying and mess up, but the proper way to learn this info is to know the management as a whole without having an 'x3' hint. One must be able to see 'DCIS' and know that its treatment is 3-way.
