Rationale for change
Cystic hygromas are not described as "transilluminating" on ultrasound. The term "transilluminate" is not used to describe imaging findings, it is used to describe a physical exam finding involving shining a light through a structure. It is more correct to discuss "echogenicity" of structures. This should be changed to reflect more accurate description of the imaging.

- Cause: the SCM is tight/contracted - this is a postural neck deformity
- Risk factors include fetal macrosomia, multiple gestation, oligohydramnios, breech presentation, and assisted vaginal delivery
- vs. cystic hygroma, which does transilluminate on ultrasound
