Rationale for change
Per Robbins: "[Friedreich ataxia] generally begins in the first decade of life with gait ataxia, followed by hand clumsiness and dysarthria... many affected individuals develop pes cavus and kyphoscoliosis. Most patients become wheelchair-bound within about 5 years of onset, and life expectancy is typically limited to 40 or 50 years of age." -- the hint may be necessary since Robbins doesn't mention kyphoscoliosis as a classic presenting symptom along with the neurologic symptoms
