Rationale for change

The prior wording of this card is misleading, while it is true that IgG is the only isotype capable of directly opsonizing bacteria, complement plays a bigger role in opsinization than IgG and IgM is the single most adroit isotype at complement activation. Updating the wording to include the phrase "directly" and adding a statement in the extra field acknowledging the role of IgM in opsinization via complement activation clears this up.
