Contact lens-associated ulcerative keratitis
Prominent vascular markings are visible on the sclera and conjunctiva (mixed injection). A white opacification is visible in the center of the cornea. An accumulation of white-yellow exudate (hypopyon) within the anterior chamber can be seen covering the inferior aspect of the iris.
These findings are consistent with contact lens-associated ulcerative keratitis.
