Rationale for change

This is generally not correct, only ADPKD has hepatic cysts. ARPKD has hepatic fibrosis and bile duct dilation (this is one of the many differentiating factors between the two). The anking diagram in the extra also says the same thing.

Amboss and first aid both mentioned that ADPKD has hepatic cysts, and ARPKD has heptatic fibrosis. I found the same information on UpToDate.
