Rationale for change
When I hover over chorionic villus sampling using the AMBOSS add-on, it says that chorionic villus sampling is performed between 10 to 13 weeks. The card's current wording implies that 10 to 13 weeks is when this testing can start to be done, but AMBOSS's definition makes it seem like 10 to 13 weeks is the only window in which it is performed.
