Rationale for change

Please update this, it's incorrect and very misleading. Positive selection is about keeping T cells that can recognize self-MHC, not any antigen presentation, and negative selection deletes T cells that bind too strongly to self-antigen on self-MHC, whereas cells that fail to recognize MHC die by neglect rather than by negative selection.
