Rationale for change

The cause of intraparenchymal hemorrhage after carotid endarterectomy is not barorceptor stimulation. Baroreceptor stimulation increases parasympathetic output and would result in decreased blood pressure (see nid:1580515142465 and nid:1471378769962 for examples).

In this case, reasons for hypertension post-operative include things like cerebral hyperfusion syndrome (stenosis has been repaired, so there is increased blood flow). Or due to transient baroreceptor *dysfunction*, which is what the Sketchy below is trying to show. These weren't included in this edit, but can be if wanted.
