Rationale for change

I believe the new protocol is 2 mL/Kg/% burned because the official ABA and ATLS recommendations were changed to 2 mL for adults ≥14 due to over resuscitation

Rejection reason

it's 2 to 4 so we will keep as 4 for now as it's more widely accepted
