Rationale for change

I think this is a misunderstand of the new guidelines - options are cytology alone every 3 years, hrHPV alone every 5 years, or hrHPV + cytology every 5 years in women 30-65. There is no distinction for women at high risk, rather the guidelines are referring to high-risk types of HPV (16, 18, etc.) DELETE!
