Rationale for change
The question should be either PAO2 or PO2. The arteriole blood flow is lowest at the apex and would not have the highest gas exchange to have a high PO2 in this region. Additionally, PaO2 is more system and not really measured within the zones. PO2 makes more sense given the rationale in the extra text.
