Rationale for change

The original wording of the card is: "Increased lumen negativity in principal cells causes increased K+ secretion." However, this wording is misleading/confounding because it suggests the "lumen" within the principal cell itself is more negative, NOT the lumen of the tubular fluid. This adjusted version makes it much clearer in the reader's mind.
