Rationale for change

The answer for this card is just straight up incorrect. As depicted in the extra section as well, poliomyelitis presents with an asymmetric weakness.

This is consistent with AMBOSS which says that symptoms are largely asymmetrical.

In the subtypes and variants section, it says that post-polio syndrome can present with muscle weakness in areas not infected by the initial infection, but that's a very small tangent and also not addressed at all in this card. Thus, it should be changed to unilateral. I also added a clarification in the extra section.
