Rationale for change

Minor shift of the third cloze to eliminate any "cheating". Knowing that there is "peripheral vascular" involvement allows the reader to deduce that blood pressure is one of the answers to the last two clozes fairly easily. The testable content here is that situational syncope induces parasympathetic hyperactivity which causes a drop in BP. More HY to test the direction of the BP change than the fact that BP is involved at all imo.
