Rationale for change
I believe this should say contralateral and no ipsilateral. Cerebellar stroke would result in ipsilateral ataxia, but this card is referrring to a lesion transpiring above the pyramidal decussation for the corticospinal tract.

Extra
Majority of internal capsule and lacunar infarcts present with contralateral symptoms, the exception to which is ataxic hemiparesis. Mechanism is poorly understood, possibly due to disruption of cerebello-thalamo-cortical pathways as opposed to descending pathways.
