Rationale for change

This card previously described the process of the formation of the septum secundum as involving the pulling in of the sinus venosus, which is not supported by Amboss or any other source available. As it stands currently this card has the potential to severly mislead students and cause confusion. The rewriting of this card clarifies the process to acurately reflect the process as described in Amboss, and includes important information like the position of the septum secundum relative to the septum primum and the origins of its growth. The extra section was deleted as it was no longer relevant with the corrected information.
