Rationale for change
Adding continuous is an important distinction here as continuous GnRH analogues have inhibitory activity BUT pulsatile GnRH analogues have agonist activity!
This is evidenced by the RANZCOG source provided on the card but as added proof I'll link the livertox article I was reading
https://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/books/NBK547863/
Fairly straightforward preclinical science so not sure if you guys realy want a more in depth citation

Extra
- Preferably used in conjunction with add-back therapy to reduce menopausal symptoms and preserve BMD
- These induce a "medical menopause," halting oestrogen production and activity of aberrant hormone sensitive endometrial tissue
- Stable GnRH agonists suppress gondatropin release, and antagonists (less commonly used) prevent release by feedback inhibition
