Shouldn't this include (assuming ADH is present)? Aldosterone only doesn't increase osmolarity with ADH, otherwise, osmolarity increases..?

Aldosterone increases salt reabsorption but also increases volume because with every sodium that is absorbed, a water molecule follows. Therefore, it doesn't affect osmolarity but it does increase total amount of salt in the blood.
