Rationale for change

This card may be misleading. Nitrogen mustards (e.g., cyclophosphamide, ifosfamide) require CYP450 activation, but nitrosoureas are self-activating and do not require CYP450, even though activation often occurs in the liver. Consider rewording to distinguish CYP-dependent vs spontaneous activation or removing nitrosoureas from it.
