Rationale for change
Per UTD, Amboss, USMLE First Aid - roseola infantum spreads outwards to face/extremities and is typically a rosy maculopapular rash that DOES involve the face. I think the Sketchy image is for the wrong disease (I don't have Sketchy myself to confirm)
