Rationale for change

Three suggestions on this prior, but all rejected due to not having source. I think it is important to clarify somewhere that the IgM is the first thing produced. and IgG is later. Many people, including myself have gotten confused why the answer isn't IgM. Since changing the cloze might be too much, I added it to the extra.
