Rationale for change
The Extensor Carpi Radialis Brevis (ECRB) muscle is innervated by the deep branch of the radial nerve, also known as the posterior interosseous nerve (PIN), with nerve fibers originating from the C7 and C8 nerve roots. I happened to google it as I was reviewing the cards. Maybe we don't need that much specificity for SAEs.
