Rationale for change

The picture for RTA lists "mental retardation" as an association for type 3 RTA. Would recommend changing this term to "intellectual and developmental disability" as mental retardation has fallen out of favor and is no longer listed in the DSM-5 due to its significant negative history and stigma.
