Rationale for change
The ampulla of Vater is only an anatomic landmark. The cancer is called ampullary cancer.
For example, if asked "what GI cancer is sometimes caused by HPV and is more common in patients with HIV?", you wouldn't say "anus"-- you should say "anal cancer".
