Extra field erroneously implies that RHS can affect motor control via radial nerve. UpToDate emphasizes the following "RHS is not associated with neurovascular compromise, bony tenderness, deformity, or swelling. These findings suggest other diagnoses, primarily fracture."
Amboss writes something similar: "Radial head subluxation is not typically associated with swelling, deformity, or vascular or neurological compromise; if present, obtain imaging to exclude differential diagnoses of radial head subluxation."
