Pancreatic pseudocysts and walled-off necrosis are differentiated by their contents.
Pancreatic pseudocysts contain ONLY pancreatic fluid (that contains pancreatic enzymes).
Walled off necrosis contains pancreatic fluid and liquefactive necrotic debri.
Therefore the card incorrectly stated that the pancreatic psuedocyst contained necrotic debri

The bowel can be seen on the left of the image. There is partial obstruction of the bowel lumen and changes to the bowel mucosa on the right of the image due to the mechanical pressure from a cystic mass.
These findings are consistent with a pancreatic pseudocyst.
