This is wrong because bubble studies are often negative because most ASDs cause left-to-right shunt.

A bubble study is also known as agitated saline; it is a mixture of air and saline used as a contrast agent during echocardiography to confirm catheter position during a procedure (e.g., pericardiocentesis) or to identify a hole in the heart (ASD/PFO)
