Rationale for change

For all intents and purposes, Mohs surgery is NOT performed for melanoma. Melanoma is treated with wide local excision. This clarification is very high-yield.

UWorld qid:2603: "Mohs micrographic surgery is the first-line treatment for NONMELANOMA skin cancers"

Furthermore, the NBME (surgery CMS form 8), UWorld, AMBOSS, and nid:1579982935939 include the term "micrographic" when talking about Mohs surgery.
