Rationale for change

I propose moving the cloze deletions around. I know that the supraclavicular node is virchow's node, but I need help remembering that this is related to gastric carcinoma

talked extensively in maintainer chat regarding this, this would overlap with another card regarding the joseph nodules, unless we add another cloze, it would be hard to distinguish between the two

The left supraclavicular node drains the thorax and abdomen via the thoracic duct, including all tissues inferior to the umbilicus and left-sided tissues superior to the umbilicus
