Rationale for change

The creation of this card seems to certainly be inspired this CMS question. However, it is poorly written (it implies that the overproduction of bilirubin is related to the blood transfusions themselves, when it in fact isn't -- i.e., the jaundice would occur even if blood transfusions weren't given) and lacks any explanation in Extra.
