Rationale for change
The cloze around "decreased" is too ambiguous / it has many possible correct answers (e.g., "poor vision", "blurry vision", "washed out vision", etc.).
Moreover, the cloze serves very little purpose, as the answer is somewhat obvious (what's the alternative, that your vision would be *better* from a cataract?). Any non-medical person who knows what a cataract is knows that your vision is going to be worse, and not better, with cataracts
