Rationale for change

1471915159174 is more accurate as both FA 2025 and Amboss specify the use of ACEIs in left side heart failure (HFrEF) only. This note as a result becomes redundant. If anything a second close should be added to 1471915159174 around left heart failure.

FA 2025 - Page 316 (Cardio > Path) states "ACE inhibitors, ARBs, angiotensin receptor–neprilysin inhibitors, beta-blockers (except in acute decompensated HF), and aldosterone receptor antagonists decrease mortality in HFrEF."

Specifically in the Pharmacotherapy for HFrEF section it states "ACC/AHA stage B
Beta blocker
PLUS either an ACEI or ARB"
