Rationale for change
I think this is a superior way of framing this concept. the previous framing made good use of randomisation etc, but was just too bulky of a recall. I think this also teaches the meaning rather than just late-onset=this and early-onset=that
I just found studying these cards to be too difficult and slow to recall 6 bugs

Term 'late onset sepsis' is not consistently defined; some resources define late as 48 hours, others 72 hours. Some sources do not differentiate between term and preterm neonates.
Australian sources on neonatal sepsis (not differentiated into pre-term and term infants):
https://www.safercare.vic.gov.au/best-practice-improvement/clinical-guidance/neonatal/sepsis-in-neonates#goto-sepsisfacts-and-causes says after 48 hours: '> 70 per cent due to coagulase-negative Staphylococcus and Staphylococcus aureus, 10-15 per cent due to Gram negatives.'
